Vision Plans Our vision plans offer you a range of choices to fit your employees' needs and your company's budget. Choose from three coverage options with a choice of copays and benefit levels:

• Fully Insured Plan — Provides full coverage for annual vision exams, frames or contacts (up to an allowance), and standard lenses.
• Materials-Only Plan — Covers standard lenses and frames or contacts up to a set dollar amount.
• Discount Plan — Provides discounts on vision exams and materials.

These vision plans give employees access to a large national network of eye care providers, including optometrists, ophthalmologists, and retail optical centers.
